Cancellation notices for appointments
While we understand certain things do occasionally happen that may affect your ability to provide adequate notice, in most situations, if pre-planned, is avoidable. Due to an increased demand for appointments, and to better serve our clients, we have implemented a policy for last minute cancellations or no-shows for appointments.
We respectfully request a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Without proper notice, you may be requested to provide a deposit for future appointments. This deposit will be forfeited should you miss the future appointment or fail to provide at least a 48 hour cancellation notice.
