Dana Kozlowski, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Kozlowski grew up in a small town outside of Buffalo, New York. Her grandfather was also a veterinarian and she grew up helping him in his rural country clinic. She knew she wanted to be a vet when she assisted her grandfather in her first surgery of a goat c-section at 10 years old. Dr. Kozlowski received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Cornell University. She then attended Ross University in St. Kitts
and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. After graduation, Dr. Kozlowski completed an emergency and rotating specialty internship at VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center in Norwalk, CT and continued to practice veterinary medicine in Connecticut for 7 additional years before moving to Maryland in 2020.
Dr. Kozlowski has a Golden Retriever, Buddy, who is just the best boy and an orange kitty, Trojan, who thinks it’s a privilege to share a living space with him. When Dr.
Kozlowski is not at Crofton Veterinary Center taking care of your furry loved ones, she enjoys boating with her husband, two sons, and dog Buddy. She also enjoys trying to keep her cat Trojan off the counters and out of the food pantry, paddle boarding, and riding her Peloton bike.
